Fast tracked DA & OPW combined application required the Carlyle development design team to work closely together and communicate effectively to the Developer for critical path decisions.
The site is narrow & linear so Anembo made the most of the space by by integrating Storm water management biobasins with open space, courtyards and community park.
Individual courtyards were designed to be 'same same but different' to ensure budgets were met but owners experience a personal touch within a sub tropical theme.
The up market recreation area includes sculptures, lap pool, putting green, patio kitchen space and gardens to relax with friends.
