We are currently in the process of drafting Anembo’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) under the guidance of MURAConnect, an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned and operated business.
The RAP program is overseen by Reconciliation Australia (RA). The RAP Framework which contains four types of RAPs (Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, Elevate) is not linear but provides organisations the flexibility to move between RAP types according to where they are on their reconciliation journey.
Anembo is providing industry leadership working with the UDIA at the state level to develop their RAP and then influence all of the Urban Development Industry.
