The Pelican Waters Town Centre 'Main Street' is now completed and the team are now is taking a huge step in putting together the 20 million dollar 'Pelican Waters Marina'.
The Council has now provided the long awaited Revised Preliminary Approval for Stage 3 Marina precinct and earthworks are now nearing completion.
Civil works to Stage 3B will be commencing in February 2017 with Landscape construction in April.
